LG Optimus Pad with Android OS
In addition to the Smartphone with a 3D display, LG also will soon release Android-based devices. Optimus Pad is a tablet-based Android v3.0 (Honeycomb). The tablet is able to display the recorded 3D content directly into the HDTV via HDMI cable. Advantage Optimus tablet is able to record and retrieve three-dimensional images from the camera lens contained therein. In addition, LG will also be working with YouTube to provide content from Google’s 3D mobile video applications for public service. For now there is no official information about the price to be offered for this gadget.
Some of the features and facilities contained in the LG Optimus Pad include quadband GSM and Dualband HSDPA. As for displaying the picture clear and sharp, this gadget is equipped with some hardware support, such as 3D LCD display with capacitive touchscreen technology, 16 M colors, and resolution 1280 X 768 pixels powered by 8.9-inch screen sizes.
As for the storage of data, this gadget is equipped with facilities of memory 32 GB, microSD capacity up to 32 GB. To support some of the features and modern applications, LG Optimus Pad is equipped with the latest version of the Android OS, that’s Android v3.0 (Honeycomb). Meanwhile, to support a reliable and stable performance, the use of speed 1GHz processor-based dual core Nvidia is very supportive for some multimedia applications that require high specification.
To connect to several other devices and Internet networks, LG Optimus Pad also be integrated with some sort of facility such as GPRS, HSDPA, Bluetooth, USB, and Wi-Fi. From some of the features and facilities are excellent, there are several other features that are no less important for you to use such as HTML, GPS, Maps, Navigation, MP3/MP4 player, HDMI port, Full flash, and the Document editor.
